Feedback & Reflections
Dr.M.Kethan | IIBS -Bengaluru, India
I would like to express my sincere appreciation for organizing the 17th South Asian Management Forum (SAMF) 2026 in collaboration with the Royal Institute of Management (RIM), Bhutan. It was truly a wonderful and enriching experience to attend the summit in Thimphu, Bhutan.
The forum was exceptionally well organized, and the theme, “Resilient Leadership and Innovation: Navigating South Asia’s Dynamic Governance Landscape,” was highly relevant and insightful in today’s evolving global environment. The sessions provided valuable perspectives on leadership, governance, sustainability, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and the future of management education.
The opportunity to interact with distinguished academicians, policymakers, institutional leaders, and professionals from across South Asia made the summit highly impactful and intellectually stimulating. The inaugural address by His Excellency Dasho Tshering Tobgay, Honourable Prime Minister of Bhutan, was truly inspiring and highlighted the importance of ethical governance, inclusivity, and innovation in shaping resilient institutions.
I sincerely thank AMDISA and RIM Bhutan for their warm hospitality and for creating such an excellent platform for learning, networking, and collaboration. The summit has certainly added immense value to my academic and professional understanding.

Prof. Sunity Shrestha Hada, Ph. D | Kathmandu University, Tribhuvan University
Although it was my first opportunity to participate in AMDISA conference, I knew about it from long time. My experience on this event is excellent.
The program schedule was smooth and its execution was outstanding. With perfect fusion of Bhutan traditional culture on the stage during the inauguration session and the presentations & discussion on modern Management Education system in the global context was a great experience to feel.
The theme of the conference was timely and contemporary, and the plenary sessions were very well organized.
Two parallel sessions were also well managed.
The local hospitality and its management was praiseworthy. Providing the list of hotels and cab information in advance was great help to the persons visiting Bhutan for the first time.
Geeta Pradhan | Shankar Dev Campus, Faculty of Management, Tribhuvan University, Nepal
The number of participation and paper presentation were less than previous years.
